Affiliate disclosure

Cybernock is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy a product, we may earn a commission from the vendor. The price you pay is the same either way.

Which links are affiliate links?

Links that send you to a vendor’s website, such as the “Official site” links on our reviews and category pages, pass through a short Cybernock address that starts with /go/. Some of those addresses lead to an affiliate link; others go straight to the vendor’s homepage because the vendor has no program or we have not joined it. These programs run through affiliate networks such as Impact or through vendors’ own partner programs.

Does this affect our scores?

No. Scores come from each category’s published criteria and the evidence behind them, as explained in our editorial policy. Whether a product pays a commission is not one of the criteria. We rank products that have no affiliate program at all, and several of our category leaders earn us nothing. No company can pay for a higher score, a better position or a review.

Why we use affiliate links

Researching software takes time: reading pricing pages and terms, tracking renewals, checking audits and keeping pages up to date. Affiliate commissions pay for that work and keep the site free to read, without paywalls or display ads.

Questions

If you have a question about a specific link or relationship, email hello@cybernock.com. This disclosure follows the US Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements, which asks sites to explain material connections clearly.
